Dr. Gamble grew up at Calvary. He was saved as a 9-year-old boy here in a Sunday morning worship service. After answering God's call to vocational ministry, Dr. Gamble recieved his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He came back to Calvary as pastor in 2000. He is married to Wanda. They have 3 daughters and 4 gradchildren.

Wanda has been a member of Calvary for 25 years. Prior to joining the ministry staff in 2003, Wanda served in many capacities in our Preschool/Children's and Weekday Education ministries. She and husband Ken have 3 sons- Andy, 26, Alan, 24, and Aaron, 16. She was saved as a child at Grimes Methodist Church in Dothan, AL.

Email Phillip Phillip is from the town of Pisgah originally. He accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 6 and surrendered to the call to preach at age 16. He pastored Providence Baptist Church in Hollywood, Alabama from 2002 to 2010, and he has served in various capacities withing the Tennessee River Baptist Association since his beginning pastorate. He has a BSE in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and is currently employed full-time by the Alabama Department of Transportation as a Professional Civil Engineer. Phillip and his wife, Carrie, were married June 23, 2007, and have two cats, Charlie and Abby.
