In the Middle of It All
Even the most remote people groups, those who have never even heard the gospel of Jesus Christ, seem to fabricate some being, image, or idea to worship. It's somehow within our human nature to seek true worship. In fact, we were all created for that reason. Each of us have that "God-sized" void that can only be filled through an authentic relaionship with Jesus Christ.

A Lifestyle
Worship is  more than a service, style of music, or preaching. True, authentic, Biblical worship is a response to what an almighty God has done in our lives.  As we consider how God has created us, sustained us, loved us, and ultimately gave His life for us, how can we not want to worship Him?  

What About Style?
At Calvary, because we have such a diverse congregation we blend multiple styles of music and expression together. We're not overly concerned with style. We believe that it makes no difference to God if we are contemporary, country, hard-rock, liturgical, or traditional. as long as people are loving Him with all of themselves and expressing that to Him in  worship together.

      

Getting Involved
There are many areas of Worship Ministry at Calvary, and many ways you can be involved in leading and learning worship.

• Worship Choir is our open adult choir, rehearsing weekly and leading in worship each Sunday 

• Vocal Teams are groups of vocalists who lead periodically in our weekly services.

• Worship Bands piano, guitar, drums, bass, organ, synthesizer, horns, and more. Our Worship Bands for adults and youth provide the foundation for our singing.

• Drama Teams for adults and students perform skits, human videos, and productions

• Children's & Preschool Choirs Our  Worship Ministry for children, 4yrs - 6th Grade.

• Young At Heart Choir is our senior adult choir, rehearsing weekly and singing once per month

• The Technical Ministry If it has a button, knob, dial, switch or fader, it's probably a part of our
  Technical Ministry, which oversees sound, lighting and audiovisual needs for our church.
